• Roll forward slowly and put both feet on the front pegs.
  • Pull the front brake hard so the back of the bike rises.
  • Simultaneously, take your feet off the pegs and spin the back of the bike 180 degrees (half turn).
  • While the frame is spinning around to the front, jump over and sit on the handle-bars.
  • Catch the bike with your feet, land it, and ride off.
