• Do a slow endo
  • Then push hard down on the wheel to start rolling backward.
  • When your foot is back on the peg, hit the back brake and pull up hard on the handle-bars.
  • The bike should be in a vertical position at this point.
  • From there, keep pressing the back brake and use the bike as if it were a pogo stick--i.e. jump up and down, pulling the bike along with you.
  • Then release the brake and set the front down.
