- Do a slow endo
- Then push hard down on the wheel to start rolling backward.
- When your foot is back on the peg, hit the back brake and pull up hard on the handle-bars.
- The bike should be in a vertical position at this point.
- From there, keep pressing the back brake and use the bike as if it were a pogo stick--i.e. jump up and down, pulling the bike along with you.
- Then release the brake and set the front down.
